Since 2017 Rob has been Adam and Ed's Strength and Conditioning Coach. Rob started leading Adam in the gym just before he went 25.95 for 50 breaststroke and becoming the first man to go under 26 seconds. Rob's knowledge of swimming specific land training is second to none energy is exactly what swimmers need to get through a grueling session.
Rob was leading the land training stations for the whole of the first tour. At the gym station Rob lead the swimmers through a session to build the perfect pathway for younger swimmers to start to build the foundations for the future. The session also included various exercises based around injury prevention as injury is very common in young swimmers.
